General Policies:

• Full payment is due at time of booking.
• The host is responsible for providing all food, drink, plates, utensils, etc. The Seymour Center does not provide party supplies.
• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• No alcohol or beverages in glass containers.
• No food, drink or gum inside the Exhibit Hall or on Shipwreck Deck.
• No entertainers, performers or live animals.
• Please do not dump food scraps, ice, oil, etc. anywhere except the garbage.
• Please do not dump ice on the native plants. Stay on walkways and not on the native plants.
• The host is responsible for cleaning the picnic table after the party, including taking out the trash and wiping down the table cloths.
• Children must be chaperoned at all times.

• For the safety and comfort of our animals and visitors, no balloons, noisemakers, chewing gum, confetti, piñatas or styrofoam are allowed anywhere at the Seymour Center. 
• All decorations must be free standing. Please do not tape, tack or adhere anything to the picnic table area.
• No seashells, coral or dried sea life decorations. Please be environmentally friendly in your decor.

• For cancelations more than seven days before your event, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
• For cancelations less than seven days before your event, you will receive a 50% refund.
• In the event of rain or unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to reschedule you at no additional charge.
