A Save the Waves Event:
Community Celebration Presented by O’Neill, in partnership with The Seymour Marine Discovery Center
Please join us in celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Santa Cruz World Surfing Reserve as we highlight our conservation achievements and look ahead towards protecting the places we love in Santa Cruz.
We’ll share work being done in Santa Cruz to protect our coastlines and our vision for the coming years.
The event will have information about Save The Waves, the Santa Cruz World Surfing Reserve, and a short film to learn more about our work in the community. We will also being announcing the winners from The Ride of The Reserve!
Local legends, surfers, ambassadors and Coalition members will share their stories and stoke about their most memorable Ride of the Reserve.
This is a unique opportunity to learn more about the Reserve and learn about Save the Waves’ conservation work, as well as how individuals can participate in protecting our surf ecosystem locally. There will be music, food trucks and beverages as well as a chance to interact with some of the Seymour Center’s exhibits.

Attendance is free. Please consider registering for the chance to be entered into a drawing for goodies and gear!
