Decorations
- For the safety and comfort of our visitors, no balloons, noisemakers, chewing gum, confetti, pinatas or styrofoam are allowed anywhere on the property.
- All decorations must be free standing. Please do not tape, tack or adhere anything to the picnic table area.

No seashells, coral or dried sea life decorations. Please be environmentally friendly in your decor.
Cancelations
- For cancelations more than 7 days before your event, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Parties canceled within 7 days are non-refundable.
- In the event of rain or unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to reschedule you at no additional charge.
