What makes your venue unique?

What packages do you offer?
- We have a variety of packages for all wedding types and budgets, including a ceremony only package, reception only package and a micro-wedding package. We’ll help you choose the one that’s right for you
Can we bring our own caterers and vendors?
- Yes! We’re a bring your own vendor venue so you’re welcome to work with any vendors you like. We also have a preferred vendor list who are familiar with our space. We don’t have onsite catering or coordination.
Can we have both our ceremony and reception at your venue?

Yes! Many couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception on site for a seamless experience. Our spaces transition beautifully from ceremony to cocktail hour and dinner.
Is there parking available for guests?
- Yes, there is plenty of guest parking onsite, making arrival easy for your friends and family.
Do you provide tables, chairs and basic set up?
- All rentals includes tables, chairs, and some other fun perks. You’ll work with your caterer and coordinator to set the tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception.
How many guests can you accomodate?
- Our max capacity for a ceremony and reception is 150—up to 120 guests is recommended for the most comfortable experience. For more relaxed, cocktail-style weddings where not everyone needs to be seated at once, we can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Is alcohol allowed?
- Absolutely. Alcohol of all types is allowed at the Seymour Center, but it must be served by a hired professional. Hard liquor must be served by an ABC licensed bartender. Self-serve alcohol is not allowed at the Seymour Center.
What’s the rain plan?
- Our venue is perfect for all weathers because we have plenty of indoor space that’s protected from the elements in addition to our outdoor terraces. We welcome winter weddings!
